First United Pentecostal Church		First United Pentecostal Church Cookeville, TN Maffett-Bouton was approached in 2006 by First United Pentecostal Church for services including structural and site design.  The structure utilized wood framing to maximize the use of skilled labor within the congregation.  The structure is currently in use and the next phase in under consideration.
