Maddux Hardware Renovation Cookeville, TN During an extensive renovation project designed by Maffett-Bouton, the old Maddux Hardware building, located on the Square in Cookeville, was converted from an unoccupied building into a 3-story office/retail/storage/restaurant facility. An upper level was designed using a new steel and concrete floor structure. New stairwells, elevator, public restrooms, and patios were just a part of the addition. |

Research Electronics, Inc Cookeville, TN When Maffett-Bouton was approached by the owner of REI back in 2000, they were asked to design a facility to be added onto in the future. In 2007, Maffett-Bouton completed a design doubling the size of the facility. The building is composed of a pre-engineered building structure with steel and concrete upper level floor design. |
